Seriale asteptate in 2016: partea 3

11. Baskets
Debuts January 21 on FX

The oddball comedic sensibilities of Zach Galifianakis take center stage in this weird and original FX comedy series co-created by the comedian along with Louis C.K. and Portlandia veteran Jonathan Krisel. Galifianakis plays Chip Baskets, an aspiring clown who attempts to study the trade in France but whose financial struggles force him to move back home to Bakersfield, California. Oh, and he also plays Chip's twin brother, Dale, while Louie Anderson co-stars as their mother.

12. DC's Legends of Tomorrow
Debuts January 21 on The CW

This spinoff from both The Flash and Arrow is aiming for an Ocean's Eleven/Dirty Dozen feel, as the time-traveling Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill, Doctor Who) assembles a ragtag group of heroes and villains to defeat an immortal threat (Casper Crump's Vandal Savage) who aims to destroy both the world and time itself. The ensemble features numerous characters introduced on The Flash, including Brandon Routh's The Atom, Wentworth Miller's Captain Cold, Victor Garber's Dr. Martin Stein, and Dominic Purcell's Heat Wave. And though she was killed off on Arrow last season—where she played Black Canary—Caity Lotz will also star in Legends as White Canary.

14. The X-Files
Season 10 debuts January 24–25 on Fox

This six-episode event series—marking the return to television of a show last seen in 2002—will go a long way toward determining whether the TV industry's recent revival fetish is a welcome development or an unnecessary cash-in. The new episodes will blend stand-alone storytelling with serialized elements and will return the entire cast (led by David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, of course, but also including Mitch Pileggi, the Cigarette-Smoking Man, and the Lone Gunmen) and many of the original series' writers (including creator Chris Carter). Guests include Joel McHale, Robbie Amell, Rhys Darby, Lauren Ambrose, andThe X-Files Files podcaster Kumail Nanjiani. The first episode debuted in October at New York Comic-Con to mostly positive reviews, and more episodes could potentially follow in the future if ratings are strong.
